A Scrapbooking Benefit for Fanconi Anemia Research

To register for this unique event, fill out the attached entry form, and include a check for
$70, made payable to the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund. Registration deadline is March 31, 2008.

Participants will receive an email or phone call to confirm registration. To register as a group, please indicate who you would like to be seated with on the registration form. Groups will be accommodated to the best of our ability. If you would like more information or have questions about the event, please call (920) 406-6083 and ask for Susan. Due to the nature of the event, all attendees must be paid participants 12 years or older.
All proceeds will benefit the Fanconi Anemia Research Foundation. Fanconi Anemia is a rare genetic disorder that affects a child’s DNA repairing abilities resulting in birth defects, bone marrow transplants, cancers, leukemia & solid tumors. Currently, there is no cure for FA.
