Musicologist Susan McClary will give a lecture entitled ““The
Dragon Cart: The Femme-Fatale in
Seventeenth-Century French Opera.”
Professor of Musicology at UCLA and Associate Vice-Provost of UCLA’s International
Institute, McClary specializes
in the cultural criticism of music. A
reception will follow the lecture.
