On December 30, 2007, Chris
suffered a hypertensive stroke . . .
Chris spent two weeks in a coma, and seven weeks in the
hospital. She is now receiving extensive therapy. Her
recovery is progressing, however, it will be a long road.
Chris is currently employed full-time at Algoma Hardwoods,
and part-time at Wienke’s Market.
Chris is the daughter of Joe & Doris Massart;
daughter-in-law of Cliff Kroening;
and has three children: Angie, Coty and Logan.
We are holding this benefit in order to raise money to help
Chris and her family with medical and living expenses. By
attending, you are helping Chris and her family through this
difficult time and having a good time in doing so.
