Information
Registration:
· In order to receive a T-shirt on the day of the run, registrations must be to the school office by April 14th.
· Registrations received after April 14th will receive a T-shirt approximately two weeks after the event.
· Registration on May 3rd will take place from 7:00-7:45 A.M.
Entry Fee:
Registrations before April 14: $10
Registrations after April 14: $12
Awards:
Every participant will receive a ribbon.
The top 3 finishers in each division will receive an award.

9th through 12th grade

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, contractually waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against Our Lady of Lourdes, the Diocese of Green Bay, City of De Pere,
and their representatives for any and all injuries sustained by me as a result of participation in this event. I attest that I am
physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event and am using the proper equipment to prevent injury.
