Finlandia Youth Basketball Camp May 5-8
HANCOCK – The annual four-day Finlandia University Boys and Girls Fundamental Basketball Camp will take place May 5 to 8, 2008, in the gymnasium at Finlandia’s Paavo Nurmi Center, Hancock.
The camp is open to youth in grades three to nine.
On each of the days, grades 3 and 4 will meet from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.; grades 5 and 6 will meet from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.; and grades 7, 8, and 9 will meet from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m.
The basketball camp will be directed by Finlandia men’s and women’s basketball coaches Charlie Kemppainen and Curtis Wittenberg.
The cost of the camp is $35 per player. Each camper will receive a basketball
