The Valley Figure Skating Club announces three performances of their "Skating Across America!" - ice show at the Appleton Family Ice Center, May 9th  and May 10th.  This is a U.S. Figure Skating sanctioned event.  Performances are Friday May, May 9, at 7p.m., and Saturday, May 10at 2 & 7p.m. Tickets are $6/Adults, $5 Seniors, $4 Kids (ages 3+). 

"Skating Across America" features a variety of musical genres.  The cast of skaters ranges from young tots in polka dot dresses to high-school age figure skating gals and hockey guys, jamming it up to "On Wisconsin" along with many lyrical skating numbers in between.  Even the Club member's Dads and Moms get in on the act with their own special ensembles, which alone is worth the price of admission! Don't miss this annual event which ranks high as a great all-family entertainment event, not to be missed.

The Valley Figure Skating Club is the premiere figure skating club in the Appleton/Fox Valley area.  We're local, non-profit organization working to keep the sport of figure skating fun, available and exciting for kids of all ages.  We work cooperatively with Tri-County Arena and Appleton Family Ice Center's Basic Skills/Learn to Skate programs, as well as foster general Club participation, drawing from many surrounding area communities.  Please check out www.vfsclub.com for more info.
