Accredited by the American Association of Museums
An educational and cultural
resource of Brown County
Green Bay, WI—Joseph “PaleoJoe” Kchodl will present Dinosaur Day: Trilobites,
Dinosaurs and other Prehistoric Creatures on May 2 at 7pm and on May 3 at
10am at the Neville Public Museum. This is a free event.
Join PaleoJoe as he describes how fossils are created, the rich fossil heritage of
Wisconsin, the Ice Age animals of Wisconsin and, of course, Dinosaurs. Learn
how these creatures lived and died in some of the most fossil rich parts of the
United States. PaleoJoe addresses the part of a “Digger” and introduces animals,
plants, and creatures that have been extinct for millions of years. His high
energy program brings life to these creatures of long ago. PaleoJoe will be
available before and after the program for a book signing.
The Neville’s exhibit, Trilobite Treasures: Arthropods of the Ancient Seas, was
organized by PaleoJoe and is on display through August 10.
