WHAT: An informational meeting for Humboldt area residents, to explain and answer questions about Cats Anonymous free service to spay/neuter and vaccinate barn and unowned feral cats.
WHY: To humanely reduce the feral, stray and barn cat population utilizing Trap-Neuter-Return---the only scientifically proven solution.
