Brown County Young Democrats to hold their 2nd Annual
'Rock for Your Rights' Concert
The Brown County Young Democrats, a political youth organization for high school students, chartered by the Democratic Party of Brown County and the Young Democrats of America will be holding its 2nd Annual 'ROCK FOR YOUR RIGHTS' Concert on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Wheels 'N Motion in Howard.
'We are really excited to have the opportunity to reach out to the youth of our community and hope that this event will inspire them to get involved in the political process and most importantly, vote.' said Michael Vineburg, Chairman of the Brown County Young Democrats.
The show begins at 7:00 PM and Admission is $6.00.
'We will also will be encouraging voter registration at this event and will have registration forms available for Brown County residents.'
Vineburg added.
Local bands for the event include: Arto, Deaf Child Area, Beach Patrol, Manuit Orange, Silence All, Danno P, TRM, Ian Olvera and the Erin Kay Van Pay and Palmer Shah band.
