About the Green Bay Boys and Girls Club
After School Program

The Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay currently hosts afterschool programs at seven schools in the Green Bay Public School District.  Programs are held at Danz, Jefferson, Tank, Fort Howard, and Helen Keller.  Lincoln and Nicolet Elementary Schools host a walk-over program.

Each one of the school sites are programmed daily and supervised by Club staff.  The general daily schedule includes student check-in, snack time, homework hour, reading club, a programmed activity time and student check out.

In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship during   the vital "afterschool" time frame. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that they have a safe, supervised place to go where they can learn and HAVE FUN.

The Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay helps school age youth make better choices and reach their full potential.  As experts in youth development, our professionally trained staff offers nationally-proven programs in a safe and accepting environment.  It is our belief that all young people, regardless of background or circumstances, should be equipped to respect others and make our community a better place to live.

If you have any questions regarding Afterschool Programs, please contact Danielle Jandrain, Director of School Operations at 920.494.7090 ext. 1052 or email her at djandrain@bgcgb.org
