Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Wisconsin to hold
“Gourmet Wishes by the Bay” event
WHAT: The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin will host “Gourmet Wishes by the Bay.” Attendees will have the opportunity to win a piece of jewelry from Rummele’s Jewelers, bid on great auction items and hear wish children speak about their magical wishes.
WHO: Anyone who would like to enjoy appetizers by six of Green Bay’s finest chefs (from 1951 West, Big Tomatoes, Black & Tan Grille, Hinterland Brewery, Patrick’s on the Bay and Plae Bistro) wine from Wine Premiere, specialty beers from Titletown Brewing Co. and cookies from Aunt Kate’s Coffee House.
WHEN: Wednesday, June 18, 2008, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

WHY: Proceeds raised from the event will help make wishes come true in Northeastern Wisconsin.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Wisconsin grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Since the Wisconsin chapter was founded in 1984, more than 3,400 families statewide can attest to the power of a wish. Last year, the chapter granted a record-breaking number of wishes with 268 children receiving their one special wish – 41 of these wishes were in our area - Northeastern Wisconsin.
