Description:
Ceremony to celebrate the Oshkosh premier of the exhibition, The Tsar and the President. The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War will participate in the ceremony and music will be provided by the 1st Brigade Band. Congressional representation will speak at the ceremony. Award presentation by the Open World Leadership Center of Washington, D.C. to follow.
