Speak for Peace: U.S. Veterans & Iraqis Creating the Way Forward
The American Friends Service Committee, with the assistance of the St. Norbert Abbey Justice and Peace Committee and Harmony Cafe, invite you to a panel presentation, "Speak for Peace: U.S. Veterans & Iraqis Creating the Way Forward," 7:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008 at Harmony Cafe, 1660 W. Mason St., Green Bay. Panelists include Eugene Cherry, an honorably discharged U.S. veteran of the Iraq War, and Raed Jarrar, an Iraqi political analyst who moved to the United States from Baghdad in 2005.
