BEER BELLY TWO RUN/WALK TO RAISE FUNDS
FOR LOCAL CHARITIES!
Suamico, WI - The 21st Annual Beer Belly Two Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, June 23rd, 2009. Registration is available from 8:00 to 9:45 a.m. West of Velp Ave. at 1886 Riverside Drive in Suamico. The run/walk begins at 10:30 a.m.
The Beer Belly Two is an annual two-mile family fun run/walk with four root beer/beer/water stops. The event is held for the sole purpose of raising funds for four local charities whose mission impacts children in one way or another: Golden House, Paul’s Pantry, Families of Children with Cancer, The Ecumenical Partnership for Housing, and the Brown County Food & Hunger Network. All money raised and donated stays in the area. Over the past 20 years, the event has raised over $400,000!
Early Registration is available on Saturday, June 27 from 4:00-7:00pm at the Four-Way Bar & Restaurant, located at 1801 Riverside Dr. in Suamico. The Beer Belly offers several competitive runners’ divisions, where plaques will be awarded to those who place in 1st, 2nd or 3rd in each division. The Beer Belly also offers a non-competitive walk where we invite you to stop at our rest areas for a refreshing beverage!
