Winnebago County Health Department will be holding monthly Immunization Clinics at the Health Department offices located at:
Park View Health Center, 725 Butler Ave., Winnebago, WI
Southeast of the corner of County Roads A and Y in Winnebago
(APPOINTMENT PREFERRED, WALK-INS ACCEPTED)
The Immunization Clinic will be on
Thursday, June 11, 3:00-5:30 p.m.
Clinics are open to any Winnebago County Resident. Childhood immunizations are provided for free. A $3.00 donation per vaccine is requested, but no one is refused for inability to donate. Adult Hepatitis A & B vaccines are also available for a fee.
Please bring along previous immunization records of person receiving vaccinations. Children under age 18 years should be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
