Church picnic: The community is invited to the First English Lutheran Church annual picnic on Sunday, May 31, at FELC-North Site, 6331 N. Ballard Road, Appleton.
A BBQ lunch with vegetarian options will be served from noon to 1:45 p.m., followed by family activities, including games, an inflatable bounce house and bingo until 2:30 p.m.
Tickets are $5 per person or $15 per family and are available at the church office during the week. Tickets also will be available at the event. Tickets will be collected for door prizes.
