Bark in the Park features a 1- or 2-mile non-competitive pledge walk. Presenting sponsor Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is again hosting the event on their Appleton grounds.  Walkers with and without pets are welcome. In addition to the walk, Bark in the Park features lots of pet and people entertainment, including a party pet parade, dog agility demo, music, games, giveaways and prizes.

Bark in the Park registration and activities start at 8:30 a.m. The walk begins at 10:30 a.m. Lunch follows the walk.  Celebrities include Chuck Lakefield of WROE 94.3, Chelly Boutott and Kirk Parker of WFRV-TV, Fang, the Wisconsin Timber Rattler mascot!

Bark in the Park is sponsored by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, 94.3 WROE, WFRV-TV, Directions, Inc., PETCO and PETCO Foundation, Mills Fleet Farm and Invisible Fence by Golrusk.
