Description/Comments:
We all deal with conflict on a daily basis. Somone took vacation at a time when you need them on a critical project, two employees have an issue, you need a peer to perform a task to keep your project moving along, or you would like more time from your boss. We all deal with it. Come to the July meeting and find out effective ways to deal with conflict and turn it in to a powerful asset rather than something to avoid. Special guest speaker Ryan Kehl, IT Manager at Plexus.
