On Thursday July 16, 2009 from 6:00pm-8:30pm Heritage Hill State Historical Park and Dean Distributing present the 2nd Annual “Hops on the Hill” beer and food tasting to benefit Heritage Hill’s Educational Programming. There will be over 25 craft brews and eight food sampling stations displaying appetizers from some of your favorite Green Bay restaurants. River City Six will dazzle the crowd with their blend of New Orleans and Chicago style jazz to make it a memorable night. A silent and live auction will take place with various items in the community to include: Packer autographed items, sports tickets, hotel stays, spa packages and more.
Special guests Mad Dog and Merrill “The Grilling Buddies” will be cooking food for the public to sample and will be the auctioneers for the Live Auction.
Cost of the beer tasting is $25 per person in advance, $30 at the door. Tickets are available at Festival Festival Foods, Heritage Hill or on-line at www.heritagehillgb.org.
