Public Hearing for Proposed Route Changes

A public hearing will be held to give members of the public an opportunity to speak about the proposed route changes. Any person wishing to speak is encouraged to sign-up.

 

Further information regarding the proposal can be obtained at 901 University Avenue, visiting the Green Bay Metro Website at:  www.green-bay.org, or calling Chris Phelps, Transit Director, at 448-3450.

 

The public hearing for the proposed route changes is scheduled for July 15, 2009.

 

The Green Bay Transit Commission will review and will take action on the following route changes: 2-Danz/Bay Beach, 3-Mather, 4-Shawano, 6-West Mason/NWTC, 9-Ninth, 11-Allouez, 12-Ashwaubenon/Green Bay, 14-Main/Bellevue, 15-Libal, and 17-De Pere.

 

A public hearing will be conducted on:

 

                                                         July 15, 2009

                                                          At 8:15 am

                                   Transportation Center – Commission Room

                                                  901 University Avenue

                                                  Green Bay, WI  54302

 

 

If routes approved by Transit Commission, the effective date of route implementation is

August 31, 2009. Existing routes 1-East Mason and 7-UWGB/Schmitt Park will also be

implemented on August 31, 2009
