Golden House’s 10th Annual Golden Harvest Ball

On Friday, November 13th, 2009, Golden House (Brown County’s safe haven for victims of domestic violence) will hold its Tenth Anniversary Celebration of the annual Golden Harvest Ball in Green Bay, WI at our NEW LOCATION, The SC Grand, located on the frontage road along Hwy 41 between Ashwaubenon and De Pere.  This will be an elegant evening of dancing, Ballroom Dance lessons, hors d’oeuvres, a beautiful lock box prize, and a silent auction, all while supporting a wonderful cause.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to Golden House, which provides shelter, advocacy, education, and support to families affected by violence in their homes.  The success of the ball continues to grow every year – last year Golden House raised over $32,000 with nearly 400 attendees!

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m., with FREE BALLROOM DANCE LESSONS by Green Bay’s own Bruce Marshall from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., and music and dancing from 8:00 p.m. until midnight.  Music will also be provided by Bruce Marshall of Bruce Marshall’s Dance Club.

If you have a group of eight or more interested in attending, you may wish to consider sponsoring a table.  Ticket prices are $45 in advance and $50 at the door; Reserved Table prices are $360 for 8, and $450 for 10.
