CELEBRATION OF SUPPORT EVENT for SCOTT KOMINOWSKI
The Celebration of Support Event for Scott Kominowski, sponsored by the Community Benefit Tree, will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009 at the Wave in Appleton. The event will start at 4:00 p.m. until ?. There will be many fun activities and there will be a $5.00 donation per person (13 & over).
Scott was diagnoses with Lyme’s Disease in March, 2009. His disease has spread to the point that he has antibiotics administered to his blood stream 3 times daily. These antibiotics cost $1,000 per week. Without insurance coverage, surviving on one income has become next to impossible for his family. This benefit will help cover medical and living expenses.
