World War II Pearl Harbor survivor Clyde Stephenson will be the morning's featured speaker. Principal Paul Hartwig will serve as the devotion leader. Senior Hans Houser, who recently enlisted in the U.S. Army, will lead the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. Also involved in the program will be Student Council leaders Derek Kempf and Brittany Kallies. The FVL bands, directed by Mr. James Neujahr, will play a medley of armed service hymns to honor those attending from all branches of the military.  A special video tribute is planned to highlight FVL graduates who are currently serving in the military.
