Calendar: Community Calendar Affinity Visiting Nurses Meeting Dates November 12 General Information Categories No Categories Description / Comments Affinity Visiting Nurses provides hospice care to people of all ages living a 13-county area surrounding Lake Winnebago. They are looking for individuals with a drive to assist with education, outreach and fundraising for the services their hospice team provides. A meeting will be held on Thursday, November 12, 11:30am-1pm at the AVN office – 816 W. Winneconne Avenue in Neenah (near Pick-n-Save). Anyone interested in working hard to advance the work and understanding of hospice is encouraged to call 1-866-236-8500 for more information.
